崗位要求：1. College degree or above 大專以上學歷2. More than five years experience 5年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗3. Good communication and co-ordination skills with other department 良好的跨部門的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力4. Familiar with QAD system and know how to control material management 熟悉QAD系統(tǒng)操作流程，并且對物料計劃和庫存控制有一定的經(jīng)驗5. Good skills of English listening, reading, write and spoken良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力崗位職責：1. Initiate material plan or forecast on weekly basis based on Master Production Schedule, communicate with supplier effectively and timely.依據(jù)主生產(chǎn)計劃以周為單位制定物料需求計劃（物料需求預測），并與供應商及時有效的溝通。2. Initiate PO or combined PO to make sure supplier to accomplish delivery schedule punctually and in required quantity.制定訂單或合并訂單，確保供應商準時并依據(jù)指定數(shù)量達成交貨計劃。3. Follow up material order process, and supplier claim process with SQA or Advanced Purchaser strictly.嚴格執(zhí)行物料訂購流程，以及供應商索賠流程（與供應商質(zhì)量管理人員或前期采購人員）。4. Control material inventory,through slow moving monitoring, consequently implement countermeasure to Improve, such as adjust material planning etc.通過對物料移動狀態(tài)的跟蹤，來及時控制庫存，并采取措施進行改善如調(diào)整物料計劃等。5. Submit supplier delivery performance database on monthly basis to Supplier quality management timely.每月及時提交供應商交貨成績數(shù)據(jù)給供應商質(zhì)量管理部門。6. Responsible for obsolesce due to bad material planning or mistakes.對由于物料計劃問題或人為差錯而產(chǎn)生的呆滯品負責。
