Responsibilities
1.Subject matter expert in signal integnity design.simulation.and validation activities through product develop
ment cycles.
2 Establishing signal integnity design performance/functional requirements for new products.Performing signa
Iintegrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards on each product This includes determining the correct si
mulation methodology and setup to use.as well as a good understanding of the criteria for each interface.
3.Performing PCB design schematic and layout reviews.
4Creating actionable recommendations based upon design reviews and simulation results
5.Guiding connector design and component qualifcations from a signal integnty standpoint Making data drive
n decisions about the product functonality and areas for improvement
6Supporting the SI requests from customers and participating the join design activities from industrial working groups such as IEEE/OIF/PCISIG.
Required Sklls/Expenence
1.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Master's degree preferred.
2Minimum of 8 years of work experence in a signal integrity engineering role.
3.Experence with interconnect design or experience with connector &/or cable/cable assembly design (high s
peed twinax cables.direct attach copper (DAC)cables)&/or RF antenna.RF sub-system
4Signal integnty analysis tools (Ansys HFSS and Circuit)
5A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior
6.Strong analytical capabllities to interpret simulation and lab data to identity issues and provide solutions to n
x identifed problem Six-Sigma methodologies or other statistical data analytics background a PLUS
7.Famianty with printed circuit board design,fabrication,and assembly.Proficient in Altium a PLUS
8.Expenence in project leadership,especially as apples across design,development&manutacturng team
9.Famiarity of calbration skills of SI test.The c
