【崗位職責(zé)】
1.Arrange suitable transportation based on material plans (equipment/raw materials/spare parts) which are provided by the buyer. 根據(jù)采購提供的設(shè)備/原物料/備件的來料計(jì)劃安排相應(yīng)的運(yùn)輸方式。
2.Coordinate with forwarders and prepare import customs clearance documentation in advance (e.g., licenses, CCC certifications, documentation for goods subject to additional tariffs on US imports). 和貨代對(duì)接,準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)口清關(guān)資料,如涉及許可證、CCC、對(duì)美加征關(guān)稅需提前辦理。
3.Track delivery progress of each shipment and notify the warehouse for goods received. 跟進(jìn)運(yùn)輸(設(shè)備/原物料/備件)送貨進(jìn)度,并通知倉庫接收貨物。
4.Closely collaborating with buyers to address urgent material requirements, including changing transportation methods when necessary. 對(duì)于生產(chǎn)急需貨物,需和采購人員緊密配合,必要時(shí)改變運(yùn)輸方式,靈活應(yīng)對(duì)。
5.Coordinate international shipment and prepare export customs clearance based on shipment notifications from the order management team. 根據(jù)訂單部門的出貨通知安排出口清關(guān)、國際運(yùn)輸物流安排。
6.Prepare documentation for customs approval for repair parts, temporary import & export procedures. 對(duì)于需要維修、暫時(shí)進(jìn)出口的貨物,準(zhǔn)備海關(guān)審批所需資料。
7.Verify and control import/export costs (e.g., freight, customs fees, storage), responsible for internal payment approval processes. 負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)進(jìn)出口貨物的費(fèi)用的控制(如運(yùn)費(fèi)、報(bào)關(guān)費(fèi)、倉儲(chǔ)費(fèi)等) 核對(duì)、內(nèi)部請(qǐng)款申請(qǐng)、支付流程審批。
8.Report and analysis of import/export business based on daily operation. 日常進(jìn)出口信息匯總,報(bào)表整理、分析。
8.Support other departments which related import/export business. 在進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)上支持其他部門
10.Ad hoc by line manager. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的其它工作。
【崗位要求】
1.Educational background of International Trade, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related major. Bachelor’s degree. 本科國際貿(mào)易、物流管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.Experience in a manufacturing plant is highly preferred. 有制造業(yè)工廠從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
3.Good command of office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and data analysis. 熟悉MS辦公軟件,尤其是Excel和PPT,有一定的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
4.Able to independently support and promote multiple projects, experience in communicating with local customs and other regulatory departments is preferred. 能夠獨(dú)立支持和推動(dòng)多個(gè)項(xiàng)目,有與當(dāng)?shù)睾jP(guān)和其他監(jiān)管部門溝通經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
5.Be proactive, flexible, have sufficient insight, strong communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills both in English and Chinese. 工作積極主動(dòng),靈活,有足夠的洞察力,較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和解決問題的中英文能力。
