● 制定來料檢驗標準，明確抽樣方案、檢驗項目及判定規(guī)則。

● 在新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)階段，將客戶需求轉(zhuǎn)化為供應(yīng)商內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管控及來料檢驗的質(zhì)量標準，避免量產(chǎn)風險。

● 監(jiān)督、指導(dǎo)IQC團隊執(zhí)行來料檢驗，通過ERP系統(tǒng)記錄檢驗結(jié)果，根據(jù)QC及產(chǎn)線反饋的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量異常，要求供應(yīng)商提交
整改措施（如8D報告），并跟蹤驗證改進效果。

● 定期培訓IQC團隊，提升QC檢驗水平，建立并定期考核IQC團隊績效指標，確保按時按質(zhì)完成檢驗任務(wù)。

● 協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理對部門負責部門工作計劃制定、任務(wù)分配、工作過程監(jiān)控、疑難問題的指導(dǎo)解決；

2.任職資格 Qualifications
● 學歷要求：大專以上。Educational requirements: College degree or above
● 工作經(jīng)驗：有五年以上的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗。有二年以上的質(zhì)量主管經(jīng)驗。
Work experience: More than 5 years’ work experience in supplier quality management and above 2 years’ quality
supervisor experience
Qualification: with quality control experience
● 綜合素質(zhì)：熟悉材料及產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)標準，熟悉檢驗流程，溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力強，有責任心，具備良好敬業(yè)精神及職業(yè)道德。
